Emergency charging of electric vehicles
Due to the growing number of electric vehicles, the market for energy services is growing and reorienting. Thus, one of the companies decided to provide an emergency charging service for electric vehicles anywhere and at any time.
What We Did
electric transport analysis
energy services market analysis
development of a unique product
Project implementation began with an analysis of electric transport
We studied existing and future electric vehicles in terms of battery capacity and types of charging connectors. Based on these data, as well as taking into account weight and size restrictions, the concept of a future mobile charging station was created.
Next, the world experience in the production and use of such devices, as well as their cost, was studied. Thus, from the concept a virtual model was obtained, on the basis of which designers and electronics engineers developed a specification for the equipment of a mobile charging station.
In the course of this work, in order to differentiate production competencies, technological partners were found who took on the development of a power converter unit, original software for managing and monitoring the system, as well as a payment device for supplied electricity.

As a result of this collaboration, we created a unique product
We have created a mobile charging station with a power of 100 kW and an electrical energy storage capacity of 200 kWh based on a semi-trailer, which is capable of quickly and cheaply charging at night and releasing the accumulated charge during the day both at stationary points and at any point where charging is required electric vehicle (parking, parking, other remote locations).
This solution allows not only to expand the geography of use of electric vehicles, but also to relieve owners from the fear of being left with 0% charge in the wilderness. Among other things, a mobile charging station can also be used to supply electricity to off-site events or facilities, eliminating the need for noisy diesel generators, which have low efficiency and consume fuel even when idling.
